Description
The Industrial Group (Sidi Bendehiba) specialized in the manufacture and marketing of LT, MV, HV electrical cables; transformers and electrical cells; industrial and domestic LED lighting; as well as the study and realization of various solar and wind energy systems, as part of its development of the management of its subsidiaries, is recruiting finance and accounting directors who will play a key role in the financial and accounting management of the Group's various entities by guaranteeing economic performance, regulatory compliance and long-term profitability.
Missions
Design, implement and monitor the effectiveness of financial management procedures.
Design and implement the company's financing policy.
Ensure the follow-up of the financing lines intended to achieve the company's production and development plans.
Guarantee the reliability of the company's corporate accounts in compliance with accounting, tax and banking legislation.
Participate in the definition of the company's business plan guidelines and budgets.
Lead the budgeting exercise within the company.
Periodically monitor and analyze the financial and economic achievements of the company.
Analyze variances with the budget and establish proposals to achieve initial objectives.
Participate in the development of the company's pricing policy.
Participate in the definition of the customer credit policy with the sales department in accordance with the company's strategic orientations.
Implement the company's working capital management policy.
Participate in the preparation of management reports.
Ensure regulatory monitoring, in particular banking, tax and parafiscal monitoring.
Coordinate legal and financial advice within the company.
Carry out financial management operations (commitment and monitoring of expenditures, payment, collection of revenues).
Monitor investments and monitor their completion.
Coordinate the activity of the finance team.
Implement the performance indicators of the financial and accounting structure and ensure their follow-up.
Report on the activity of the Finance and Accounting Department and transmit them to the General Management.
Profile
Skills required:
Master's degree or more in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
10 years' experience, including 5 years in a similar position.
Mastery of accounting and financial regulations SCF, IFRS.
Mastery of banking and tax regulations.
Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, MS Office, Advanced EXCEL).
Mastery of corporate financial management techniques.
Good writing skills.
Foreign language proficiency: French: advanced, English: post-intermediate.
