Roles & Responsibilities

develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with the company's overall objectives.
Oversee all accounting, financial and tax activities of the company.
Ensure optimal management of financial resources, including cash management, investments and financing.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors and other financial partners.
Supervise the DFC teams, including the accounting and treasury departments.
Manage the budgetary process, ensuring the consistency of forecasts with strategic objectives.
Ensure the production of reliable financial statements that comply with accounting standards and legal requirements.
Identify, assess and manage financial risks, including the implementation of hedging strategies.
Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations, while monitoring to anticipate regulatory changes.

Excellent command of accounting, tax standards and financial regulations.
Expertise in cash management and financing.
Ability to develop complex financial strategies and translate them into operational action plans.
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams.
High level of rigor and organizational skills to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Ability to communicate effectively with high-level contacts, both internally and externally.
Analytical and strategic mind to anticipate financial challenges and propose suitable solutions.
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management (Bac+5 minimum), ideally supplemented by a professional diploma or certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a financial management position.
