Job Title
Director of E-Commerce La Maison Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional e-commerce strategy across 42 hotels and 11,000 rooms in the IMEAT region.
- Develop and implement both B2C and B2B distribution strategies in alignment with global objectives.
- Drive online revenue performance and ensure annual targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee and support hotel-level E-Commerce Directors to ensure consistency, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Manage direct and indirect online channels, including brand.com, ALL.com, loyalty platforms, OTAs, metasearch, and GDS.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and global brand teams to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion.
- Audit and report on the deployment, results, and ROI of distribution initiatives.
- Develop commercial action plans to grow market share, profitability, and brand presence.
- Ensure rate parity, competitive positioning, and content excellence across all digital touchpoints.
- Coach, train, and empower hotel teams to enhance their online distribution and digital marketing capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
8 10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, preferably within hospitality or luxury sectors.
Proven record of managing multi-brand or multi-property digital strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business growth plans.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
