You are the representative of the company vis-à-vis the Project Owner and the Project Manager. You are the guarantor of the realization of the site, the budgetary monitoring and the financial results generated.

Your confirmed experience in works management naturally leads you to exercise quality technical supervision with the teams assigned to these projects.

Thus, your main missions are based on the following axes:

-Supervise the preparation and organization of projects under its responsibility: validation of budgets, needs for equipment and resources, realization schedules

- Follow the progress of the sites, the respect of technical and budgetary constraints, the response to claims and identify the needs for reallocation or resizing of resources

- Supervise the interactions between the various project stakeholders, verify the level of support from the study and QHSE teams and resolve contractual and operational discrepancies

- Maintain the operational relationship with the project owner of the projects under its supervision, conduct the negotiations of the contractual framework and ensure its follow-up throughout the projects

- Coordinate the interactions of the works teams with the internal support teams and subcontractors and identify operational malfunctions and areas for improvement.

- Control the deployment of the various plans while respecting the QHSE requirements and supervise the deployment of improvement sites

-Identify technological and methodological developments and innovations in the sector, and identify and propose developments that can be transposed within its perimeter.

You have a degree in GCI Engineering

You have operational experience of at least 12 years on building construction projects (Hotels, universities, residential...)

You are recognized for your qualities of listening, a sense of relationships, a spirit of initiative and innovation as well as an aptitude to lead. Adaptability and reactivity bring you success in your function.
