Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- □ To develop and implement the overall strategy of the amusement park in collaboration with the general management.
- develop long-term plans for the expansion, modernization and improvement of attractions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, including welcoming visitors, maintaining attractions, catering, security, etc.
- Ensure that safety standards are met at all levels.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff, including attraction managers, department heads and maintenance staff.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract visitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the amusement park through various channels.
- Develop and manage the park's budget, ensuring profitability and reduction of unnecessary costs.
- Analyze financial and operational data to make clear decisions.
- Managerial, logistical, commercial skills.
- Very good knowledge of hygiene and safety rules.
- Mastery of conflict prevention and management techniques.
- Good manager.
- Interpersonal and editorial fluency.
- Very good presentation.
