Roles & Responsibilities
Director – IT & Digital Transformation
Lead the organization’s IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives to enable business growth and operational efficiency. Responsible for modernizing IT infrastructure, driving digital innovation, ensuring cybersecurity and governance, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Oversees IT operations, vendors, budgets, and high-performing teams while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise IT & digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, data, and cybersecurity
- Drive digital initiatives such as ERP modernization, automation, AI, data analytics, and system integrations
- Partner with business leaders to identify technology-enabled process improvements
- Lead vendor selection, contract management, and technology partnerships
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, risk management, and business continuity
- Build and lead high-performing IT and digital teams
- Manage IT budgets, ROI tracking, and cost optimization
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong background in IT leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise systems
- Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technologies
- Proven stakeholder management and change leadership capability
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
