Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of dining services agents to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Provide guidance and training to new and existing staff members on service standards, food presentation, and customer interaction.
  • Ensure that the team maintains a positive and professional attitude, creating a productive and cooperative work environment.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of dining service, ensuring that meals are served promptly and meet quality standards.
  • Supervise the setup, service, and clearing of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and the correct presentation of food.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, performing regular checks and reporting any issues to the Dining Services Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Atleast high school graduate
  • 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
  • Basic English communication skills
