Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:
  • Provide food and beverage services to staff, clients, or guests in dining areas, ensuring
    adherence to service standards and presentation.
  • Assist in setting up dining areas for meals, including arranging tables, ensuring that utensils,
    glassware, and condiments are properly placed.
  • Serve meals, ensuring that food is served at the correct temperature and presented according to
    company standards.
  • Monitor guest or customer satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu options, dietary restrictions, and special
    requests.
  • Ensure that customer needs are met during the dining experience, including checking on guest
    satisfaction throughout the meal service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Atleast high school graduate
  • 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
  • Basic English communication skills
