Roles & Responsibilities


Mission
  • Directly supervise and coordinates activities of waiters engaged in serving food.
  • Prepare, follow- up and validate duty roaster and time sheet.
  • Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and
    safety procedures
  • Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
  • Maintaining highest standards of service to client.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
  • Fully assist in food service, clearance, and store cleanliness.
  • Self-development in service systems and methods used.
  • Have full menu knowledge of food being served at site.
  • Buffet set up and food pickup (A la carte and Table d hote )
  • Buffet table frilling.
  • Theme set up
  • Daily store requisition and pickup for the department.
  • Ensure dining and related work areas are kept clean and hygienic.
Profile
  • The ideal candidate must a Female and Fluent Arabic speaker, with experience in managing dining facilities, staff coordination, and maintaining hygiene and service standards.
  • Minimum three years experience as Dining Supervisor or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, restaurants and Catering company.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic & English language.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
