Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering high-quality analytical reports using Diligent's products. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and business acumen to gather and translate client requirements into effective solutions, deliver impactful demos, and ensure the successful implementation of analytical reports.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, reporting needs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Analyze client-provided datasets and identify opportunities for actionable insights using Diligent's products.
2. Technical Implementation
o Develop, configure, and implement analytical reports and dashboards using Diligent's products.
o Integrate client data sources and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
o Customize existing templates or build new reporting modules to meet client-specific needs.
3. Client Engagement
o Conduct product demos to showcase reporting capabilities and potential use cases of Diligent's products.
o Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
o Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use the implemented reports.
4. Project Management
o Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple implementation projects within agreed timelines and scope.
o Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
o Work closely with internal development and support teams to address technical challenges and implement enhancements.
o Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Diligent's products to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Diligent's products or similar data analytics tools.
Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
Business Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience

Knowledge of audit, risk, or compliance processes is a plus.
