Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Twin Project Delivery

    • Lead and take full accountability for delivering functional digital twins to Worley clients.
    • Ensure project outcomes meet quality, budget, and client expectations.

  • People Management

    • Build, manage, and lead a high-performing digital twin delivery team.
    • Drive team engagement and ensure capability development.

  • Sales Support

    • Review and validate proposal feasibility and delivery capability.
    • Support business development through expert input in the sales cycle.

  • Thought Leadership

    • Collaborate with the Next Advisory team.
    • Provide practical insights and critiques to shape innovative digital strategies.
Job Requirements: Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Background in process engineering for heavy industries is desirable.

Experience

  • Sufficient years of experience in delivering digital solutions in Oil & Gas and/or Mining sectors.
  • Proven success in defining and executing digital strategies in industrial/capital-intensive organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in analytics, predictive analytics, and/or digital twin implementations.
  • Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) and Digital Twin technologies.
  • Experience managing change and user adoption of digital tools in industrial settings.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
    • OPC, ETL, IoT
    • Solution & Data Architecture / Data Science
    • Integration of OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) with IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES)
  • Familiarity with platforms like:
    • Cognite, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon
    • E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE, SPF (Worley design tools)
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards: ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS, DEXPI, FL3DMS, CAPE-OPEN
  • Cloud services expertise: Microservices, IaaS, PaaS, containerization, security & compliance
  • Agile / Scrum experience is essential
