Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage existing leads from the database via email, WhatsApp, or other digital channels
  • Present mobile app products or services to potential clients digitally
  • Manage the digital sales pipeline and update tracking tools
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide additional information, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare digital sales reports, track targets, and provide updates to management
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients for potential repeat business
