Digital PMO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and enhance digital assets, PMO tools, enterprise applications, and governance systems to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Develop digital asset management frameworks, including lifecycle planning, classification standards, license optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct evaluations of software and hardware assets, identifying underutilized or redundant resources, and recommend optimization actions.
• Prepare structured renewal strategies, multi-year forecasts, and vendor negotiation plans to support cost efficiency.
• Evaluate PMO tools, identify functional gaps, and develop enhancement roadmaps aligned with strategic digital initiatives.
• Track system implementation, upgrades, and deployments, maintaining milestone logs, testing records, and performance compliance.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating them into functional specifications and system designs.
• Support solution architecture, system integration, development, testing (QA/UAT), and validation of digital tools including AI, RPA, web, and mobile applications.
• Ensure smooth deployment, stabilization (hypercare), and adoption of PMO tools and applications, delivering user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Digital Transformation, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, SAP, or CISA certifications preferred.
• 5 10 years of experience in digital asset management, PMO systems, enterprise applications, or IT lifecycle management (utility sector experience preferred).
• Strong technical expertise in digital asset assessment, optimization, lifecycle planning, and system enhancement.
• Experience with integration protocols, cybersecurity, QA, testing, and implementation tracking.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; English proficiency required, Arabic an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage multiple technical initiatives.
