Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital media and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and engagement through new platforms, partnerships, and creative content formats.
  • Support crisis management and reputation monitoring by proactively addressing potential issues and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital media performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital media and social media management.

  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
