Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and email workflows.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
