Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate developments and shopping mall assets in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive awareness, footfall, tenant engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms to promote real estate projects and mall events.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Handle SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic visibility for both real estate and retail assets.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute content calendars with engaging, high-quality multimedia content.
  • Work with internal creative teams or agencies to develop visuals and video content.

Website & Lead Management

  • Maintain and update the company’s websites and landing pages.
  • Track leads from campaigns and ensure integration with CRM tools

Event Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute on-ground and in-mall events, activations, tenant promotions, and real estate project launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, decorators, performers, and mall operations teams.
  • Ensure branding, logistics, and event experiences meet corporate standards.
  • Prepare post-event reports including ROI, engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with leasing and tenant relations teams to support co-branded promotions.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Coordinate with leasing, property, and sales teams to align marketing goals.
  • Liaise with tenants and external brands to co-host events and campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM reports to monitor performance.
  • Analyze ROI from digital campaigns and event activations.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on KPIs, lead generation, and campaign success.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in shopping malls, retail, or hospitality
  • Experience with real estate and shopping portals is a strong plus.
  • Portfolio of successful paid social and search campaigns is required.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Understanding of UAE real estate and consumer trends is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
