Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will not just manage campaigns but will possess the vision to build sustainable growth strategies, adeptly leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation tools to maximize results and efficiency.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company s tech objectives, covering all digital channels.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze competitor moves to identify opportunities and gaps (SWOT Analysis & Benchmarking).
  • Technical & SEO/ASO Management: Oversee the optimization of the website and applications in search engines and app stores, with a deep understanding of technical aspects affecting User Experience (UX) and Crawling.
  • Creative Content Leadership: Define the creative direction for content (Content Strategy) and oversee its production to ensure effective and engaging communication with the target audience.
  • Paid Media Management: Plan and manage advertising budgets (Google Ads, Social Media, Programmatic), and accurately monitor Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and train the marketing team, efficiently delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure the achievement of KPIs.
  • AI & Marketing Automation: Integrate the latest AI Marketing Automation tools into daily operations to increase efficiency and improve customer targeting.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (GA4, GTM) to present results to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with at least two years in a managerial role (previous experience in tech or SaaS companies is a plus).

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Information Systems is preferred.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and the ability to deliver professional presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of analytics tools, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and ad management platforms.
  • AI Expertise: Proven practical experience in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) and Automation tools (such as Zapier, HubSpot) in marketing.
  • Leadership & Organizational Skills: A strong leadership personality who can professionally guide the team, effectively delegate and follow up on tasks, and demonstrate exceptional skills in time management, priority setting, negotiation, and problem-solving.
