Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary: Own end-to-end digital growth for off-plan & ready real estate projects and manage digital presence of the company across all media channels. Plan, launch, and optimize high-velocity, multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media to drive qualified leads, site visits, and bookings.
Core Responsibilities:
a. Monthly and weekly Media Strategy and Planning.
b. Build quarterly and monthly performance plans by project, segment, and geo.
c. Lead Generation - PPC Campaign Execution and Optimization
d. Allocate budgets across social media and SEO, Meta Facebook/Instagram for Lead generation.
2. Top of Form
a. Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google AdWords
b. Develop engaging contents, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, tailored to target clients.
c. Collaborate with web development teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
d. Collaborate with videographer to create engaging content for social media channels
e. Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to property listings.
f. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to continuously improve results.
g. Stay up-to-date with real estate marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
h. Create and optimize content for the company website and property listings to improve user experience and SEO performance.
i. Managing WhatsApp API & Email marketing
j. Structure accounts by project, funnel
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
a. Mandatory real estate experience of minimum 4 to 5 years (Dubai Candidate preferred)
b. Certification: Google AdWords and Meta PPC campaigns, google analytics.
c. Knowledge of Google and AI SEO is mandatory
d. Creative and excellent graphic designing skills
e. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
f. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
g. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
h. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
i. Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new lead generation methods and adapting to changing market dynamics.
j. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize lead generation strategies.
