Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing activities for Fermou , ensuring alignment with the brand vision, business objectives, and the emotional nature of the projects. Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting schedules, and daily engagement. Create, coordinate, and execute visual content, including photography and video shooting using professional cameras and mobile devices. Prepare marketing materials and presentations for meetings, proposals, and client communications. Attend and actively participate in client meetings, representing the company and its projects in a professional and confident manner. Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, messages, and meetings to support relationship building and deal progression. Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing and content-related tasks. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to completion. Monitor basic performance indicators and provide feedback to improve content quality and campaign effectiveness. Maintain organized records of client communications, meetings, and ongoing projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong ability to manage and execute social media content across multiple platforms, with a clear understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and audience engagement. Hands-on experience in content creation, including photography and video shooting using both professional cameras and mobile devices, with an eye for emotion, detail, and quality. Confident in preparing, attending, and participating in client meetings, representing the company and its projects in a professional and persuasive manner. Proven skills in client follow-up, communication, and relationship management, ensuring clarity, trust, and long-term collaboration. High emotional intelligence and sensitivity, particularly important for projects related to families, newborns, and human-centered storytelling such . Ability to work closely with creative and operational teams, coordinating between content creation, marketing execution, and client expectations. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes both office-based and field activities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in creative agencies, media production, or experiential marketing projects. Understanding of brand positioning, premium services, and emotionally driven marketing campaigns. A genuine interest in storytelling, family-oriented projects, and purpose-led initiatives.
