Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that support lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital campaigns, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Build, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to launch and optimize online advertising campaigns across SEM, SMM, and display networks. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance using CRM systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Prepare and present monthly performance and ROI reports to management. Update and maintain website content in line with ongoing campaigns and SEO best practices. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, customer behavior, and competitor strategies. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Handle content creation and copywriting for digital platforms and print materials. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals and support execution of the Annual Marketing Strategy in line with organizational objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analytics.
Strong knowledge of SEM, SMM, SEO, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
