Manage and grow our garage’s online presence. The role focuses on promoting automotive services, attracting local customers, and increasing service bookings through effective social media strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage daily social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile) Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, before/after repairs) Promote garage services, offers, and seasonal campaigns Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries Run and monitor paid social media advertisements Capture real workshop content with technicians Encourage customer reviews and testimonials Track performance and prepare basic reports Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in social media marketing Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and local marketing Basic photography and video editing skills Good communication and writing skills Ability to work independently Understanding of customer engagement Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or garage marketing Knowledge of car services and repair terminology Experience with paid ads and analytics tools Graphic design skills (Canva or similar) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in followers and engagement Increase in inquiries and bookings Lead generation from social media Ad performance and return on investment ''Please don't apply if you don't have this qualifications''
