Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Convert existing programs into engaging, interactive digital learning modules.

  • Work with SMEs to script, storyboard, and design e-learning content.

  • Get developed multimedia content (videos, quizzes, PDFs, presentations).

  • Ensure content is SCORM/xAPI compliant where needed.

  • Apply instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.

LMS Management

  • Upload, configure, and manage courses on the LMS.

  • Handle user roles, access rights, and course enrollments.

  • Monitor performance and analytics for learning engagement.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the LMS provider if required.

  • Maintain course versioning, backup, and archival systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, LearnDash, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and digital pedagogy.

  • Proficient with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Basic backend understanding (e.g., LMS configuration, basic HTML/CSS is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up-style environment and is eager to build digital learning solutions from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative e-learning experiences by:
Managing and enhancing the institute s Learning Management System (LMS).
Designing, developing, and curating engaging digital learning content.
Driving the digitization and implementation of new learning modules.

Education and experience

  • A master s / bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, educational technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital learning content development and LMS administration, preferably in an academic setting.
