Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:
Location : Dubai
The Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the delivery of digital projects and solutions in line with organizational goals. The manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and report progress to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile and Iterative Delivery:


Implement and manage Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for efficient project execution.


Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.


Ensure deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.


2. Project Management:


Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and track milestones for product releases.


Collaborate with product owners to define scope, goals, and deliverables.


Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.


Support the development and management of the digital delivery pipeline for new products, enhancements, and improvements.


3. Risk Management:


Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.


Develop contingency plans and escalate issues to senior management as needed.


Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.


4. Team & Resource Management:


Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for resource allocation.


Maintain effective communication and collaboration across teams.


Identify and address resource needs, including recruitment and allocation.


5. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement:


Ensure products meet acceptance criteria defined by stakeholders.


Implement testing, validation, and delivery best practices.


Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:


5–8 years in Digital Delivery or Project Management roles.


Proven track record in delivering digital projects on time and within budget.


Experience working with product owners and cross-functional teams.


2–3 years experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
