Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions:
- develop and implement the digital communication strategy for real estate projects.
- Manage the company's social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Create and publish content (visuals, videos, stories, articles, newsletters).
- Manage the editorial calendar and schedule posts.
- Track performance (engagement, traffic, leads) and generate regular reports.
- Ensure the updating of the website and the management of its content.
- Participate in event coverage: deliveries, launches, real estate fairs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams and service providers (graphic designers, web agencies).
Profile
- Bac+5 in communication, digital marketing or equivalent.
- First experience in digital communication, ideally in real estate or a related sector (construction, architecture, design, hospitality, etc.).
- Excellent command of social networks and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Good writing skills in French and visual sense.
- Creative, autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
