Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Responsible for strategizing and implementing online advocacy, building awareness on Cosmaline brand reputation, strengthening its credibility and promoting its messages to a defined audience of influencers, with a focus on all assigned markets.
Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures
Duties And Responsibilities
On Influencer Marketing
Set Cosmaline's influencer marketing strategy to expand brand reach on social media and increase awareness in all markets Identify, collaborate and maintain excellent relationship with social media influencers and key partners within assigned markets to ensure maximum brand reach and exposure (Consider the three Rs of influence (Relevance/Reach/Resonance) Create initiatives and content ideas to increase Cosmaline's visibility on influencers' platforms and be reactive to sales target needs Apply a continuous selection and recruitment process of new influencers to add to the portfolio Contribute with the team by providing content ideas/materials when needed
On Reporting
Continuously analyze, track & report the results/level of engagement following any collaboration and take needed corrective actions in case of poor results
Track and analyze the performance of influencer metrics, including sales, engagement metrics, reach, and ROI. Share influencer sales and performance with influencers and ensure their payments are made in a timely manner
Education And Experience
Education
BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Event Planning.
Experience
Up to 1 year of experience in social media content management/digital marketing
