Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Account Director at PSdigital LLC in Cairo, Egypt. The Digital Account Director will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing client needs, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The Digital Account Director will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to meet client goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Lead account teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive results and meet client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as creative, social media, web design ,developer and SEO) to ensure integrated marketing solutions.
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work on expanding business with upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and deliver value to clients.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in account management or client services within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully leading account teams and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to engage effectively and influence clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth.
