Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description
▪ Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair preferably DEUTZ generators.
▪ General inspection of exhaust system, fuel system, DC electrical system
▪ Reports to Site Manager & Team Leader
Preventive diesel engine maintenance consists of the following operations :
▪ General inspection
▪ Lubrication service
▪ Cooling system service
▪ Fuel system service
▪ Servicing and testing starting batteries
▪ Regular engine exercise
▪ Using the diesel generator set for continuous duty (prime power)
▪ Extreme ambient temperatures
▪ Exposure to dust , sand or other airborne contaminates
▪ Follow of manual diesel engine maintenance schedule for generator sets
▪ Used oil & filter must be disposed of properly to avoid environmental damage
▪ Air filter of Air condition

Key Responsibilities
▪ Optical inspection of generator units
▪ Troubleshooting and repair preferably DEUTZ generators.
▪ Check lubrication, diesel , electrical and cooling system
▪ Cleaning & change of filters as required
▪ Functional tests as required
▪ Loop service of generators (oil change)
