ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experience Diagnostic technician to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Based in our multiband brand service facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair faults across our group of brands
• Liaise with customers and service advisors to obtain all necessary information to diagnosis the concern in an efficient manner.
• Assist technicians where required.
• Maintain a good working relationship and communication with Manufacture support staff.
• Ensure product knowledge remains up to date and cascade to team.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired using manufacturer approved methods.
• liaise with parts team to ensure the correct part are procured for the repair.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with a premium brand.
• Diagnostic level qualification from a premium brand
• High Voltage qualification would be preferred but not a requirement.
• Valid GCC driving license.
