Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor dewatering systems, including pumps, pipelines, and water treatment units, to ensure efficient operation and identify potential issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dewatering equipment, such as replacing worn parts, lubricating machinery, and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
  • Conduct water quality testing and analysis to monitor for contaminants and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Install and configure dewatering systems at construction sites or other project locations, ensuring proper setup and alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with vocational training in mechanics or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as those for confined space entry, water quality testing, or equipment operation.
  • Demonstrates 2+ years of hands-on experience in dewatering operations, preferably within the construction or environmental industries.
  • Displays a strong understanding of dewatering principles, including groundwater management, pump selection, and water treatment methods.
