Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar position.
Proven experience in deploying cloud-native systems in a production environment.
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud computing and DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with various internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred qualification
Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft
Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Scope of work:
Lead the deployment of cloud-native systems on customer premises, ensuring
seamless integration and optimal performance.
Initiate, configure, and troubleshoot DevOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Work proficiently with cloud platform, leveraging services and capabilities for project
requirements.
Conduct system performance analysis, optimization, and proactive monitoring to ensure high availability and security.
Collaborate with DevOps teams, SW architects, and developers from vendor organizations to ensure alignment of goals and efficient execution of projects.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the customer, including their IT and infrastructure teams, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
