This role is essential in creating unparalleled visitor experiences that enhance Qiddiya's position as a premier leisure and entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.

As the Development Director, you will oversee all aspects of rides and attractions development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while aligning with the company s vision and objectives.

 Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative rides and attractions that align with Qiddiya's overall vision and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, engineering, and operations, to create compelling and safe visitor experiences.
• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to assess trends, guest preferences, and competitive offerings.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout the development process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders involved in the design, construction, and operation of rides and attractions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in rides and attractions development.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying current on industry trends and advancements in ride technologies.
• Prepare and present project updates and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
