Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build and configure Power App and Pages for secure, responsive external-facing portals.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third-party systems.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality assurance to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 Years Experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals)
  • Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
  • Dynamics 365
  • Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals)
  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Documentation (JIRA, Confluence)
