.Design of alloy and composite (GFRC, UHPC, CFRP, GFRP) mechanical parts.

.Design of plugs and moulds from CAD parts .

.Production of part assemblies in Siemens NX12, including DOF and cinematics definition.

.Nesting of parts for water jet and CNC cutting

Production related tasks:

Follow up on the implementation of the engineering designs into the production lines, including:

. Composite lamination schedules definition when required

. Production process definition when required

. Issuance of guidance drawings

. Follow-up on assembiies

. Progress reports writing in our Group ERP

Quality related tasks:

.Conversion of metrology 3D scan into Siemens NX

.Superposition of 3D scan mesh and original parametric part

.Publication of metrology report with deviation map

Training related tasks:

.Ensures that CAD structure tree is set pproperly by other design engineers

.Provides support to other design engineers on advanced NX12 functions, including: assembly cinematics and DOF, parts surface modeling, mesh modeling.
