Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching some lessons as assigned
- Leading the whole-school safeguarding team
- Ensuring appropriate staff safeguarding training
- Managing concerns and referrals
- External agency liaison for child protection
- Maintaining secure safeguarding records
- Developing school safeguarding policies
- Advising staff on child welfare issues
- Promoting safeguarding culture school-wide
- Contributing to online safety curriculum
- Overview of attendance
