Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day design activities across assigned projects.
- Manage and coordinate the overall design process from concept through to construction and hand-over
- Define and monitor design deliverables, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and on time.
- Deliver design outputs aligned with strategic KPIs, programme, and budget requirements.
- Implement and maintain design management systems, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
- Lead safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all design activities.
- Resolve client design issues and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support business development through technical input and design leadership.
You'll need to have:
- A degree and background in Architecture or Engineering
- Experience in the successful design and delivery of Infrastructure related projects
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
Desired Candidate Profile
You'll need to have:
- A degree and background in Architecture or Engineering
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
- Experience in the successful design and delivery of Infrastructure related projects
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
