Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor architectural design teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve design excellence and project success.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.), ensuring seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and project vision.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, and regulations, integrating them into design strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, minimizing costs while maximizing design quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
