Roles & Responsibilities


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 07 years experience in EPDM & PVC Rubber Gasket Designing.
  • Strong experience in working in Rubber gaskets extrusion Companies
  • Working knowledge in MS Office, Elapt 2.0, Elcam CNC M/C Programming, Autocad & Adobe Page Maker
  • Excellent time management/organization skills/team building/conflict management/communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Supervising Staff Engineers in preparation of Design Specification, CNC Programming and detailed designs using 3D CAD system like AUTOCAD.
  • Ability to work effectively with members from a wide variety of departments, including Business Development, Production, Sales & Research, etc.
  • Coordinate activities and communication streams, both internally and with external collaborators, in order to ensure a logical and expeditious flow of activities.
  • Designing of EPDM & PVC Gaskets based on different aluminum profiles
  • Developing models and drawings of moulded rubber parts from conceptual inputs
  • Implement the project s work processes.
  • Effective implementation of technical tasks
  • Managing daily operations,
  • Helping in planning the use of materials and human resources.
  • Helping in gaskets designing
  • Co-ordination with production department for new die trials
  • Reviewing & Verification of shape as per customer requirements
