Deputy General Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations across all departments.
   

2. Monitor and manage operational risks and make sure the company is following proper procedures.
   

3. Oversee and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
   

4. Provide strategic input and guidance in both local financial markets and foreign exchange (FX) markets.
   

5. Act on behalf of the General Manager when required.
   

6. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
   

7. Stay updated on financial market and FX markets trends and risks.
   

8. Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership.
   

Requirements

1. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
   

2. Deep understanding of risk management and financial operations.
   

3. Solid knowledge of FX and local financial markets.
   

4. Strategic thinking and business planning abilities.
   

5. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
   

6. Familiar with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
   

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   

Years of experience:

Minimum of 10 years of total experience in financial markets, and 3 years in a senior or similar managerial role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: Amman, Jordan.

Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic and English.
