Description

The State Foundation, Health, Children and Social Welfare (CSAI Foundation) is a Spanish public sector institution, of general interest in the field of health, social services, the protection of minors and the promotion of equality, both in Spain and in third countries, with more than twenty years of experience in the sector.


The CSAI Foundation announces one (1) position of coordinator for the project "Support for the improvement of access to care and the organization of health services through the accompaniment of the development of family and community health in Morocco (Averroès 2)"

REQUIREMENTS

University Degree.

High level of Spanish and French languages (minimum B2 for both), due to training or experience.

Work experience in development cooperation projects of at least one (1) year.

Availability to travel.

MERITS

University Degree in Health Sciences.

Academic training and professional certifications in any of the subjects related to the projects: medical specialties, health management, global health, public health, development cooperation, project management, etc.

Experience of working in the execution and/or coordination of cooperation projects.

Experience of working in social and health care and/or social intervention projects.

Experience of working with public or private health institutions in developing countries.

French level above B2.

FUNCTIONS

Coordination of the Averroes 2 project, under the leadership of the Moroccan Ministry of Health and the Technical Cooperation Office (OTC) of the AECID in Morocco.

Carry out the technical coordination and economic and logistical management of the project, verifying the management of the project in the different phases: identification, execution, monitoring and evaluation.

Implementation and monitoring of field activities.

Dialogue with the different Bodies and Institutions related to the project: Ministry of Health of Morocco, OTC, State Foundation, Health, Children and Social Welfare, F.S.P. (CSAI Foundation), etc.

Coordination with CSAI Foundation, OTC and AECID headquarters, for the achievement of the objectives and results of the project.

Review, specification and updating of the project's technical documentation in coordination with the FCSAI and the OTC.

Preparation and participation in the project monitoring committees, as well as the completion of technical reports in accordance with the requirements of the AECID.

Preparation of the Terms of Reference, according to the activities of the project, in coordination with the project managers at the Ministry of Health of Morocco; as well as proposals for improvement related to the objectives of the project.

Preparation of technical reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or final) on the development of the project activities and compliance with results.

Presentation of the final report of technical and financial justification of the project.

Economic and logistical management of the project.

Collaboration with the CSAI Foundation Project Technician in everything that is necessary for the execution of the project.

To exercise the legal representation of the CSAI Foundation in Morocco.

Availability to travel according to the needs of the Project.

Any other function that may be requested, according to your profile.

These functions shall not imply, in any case, the exercise of public powers, the exercise of authority, nor do they imply the exercise of superior organizational functions.


WAY OF ACCREDITING THE REQUIREMENTS AND MERITS:

Candidates will have a maximum period of 20 calendar days from the end of the deadline for submitting applications to submit the documentation accrediting the merits and requirements. In the event that the candidate does not submit it, the Foundation may require him or her to do so.


Documentation accrediting the requirements:


Copy of the required qualification: University Degree.

Copy of the required qualification: Certificate of Spanish and French (minimum B2 for both). Failing that, verification/proof of Spanish and French languages. In the case of being a national of a Spanish-speaking or French-speaking country, it will not be required.

Certificate of work/affidavit: Demonstrated experience in development cooperation projects of at least one (1) year.

Responsible or sworn declaration for availability to travel.
