Responsibilities

• Perform complex oral surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and corrective surgeries.
• Diagnose oral conditions and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient consultations, explaining surgical procedures and recovery processes in detail.
• Maintain accurate patient records including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Manage post-surgical care and address any complications promptly and effectively.
• Utilize the latest dental technology to enhance the accuracy and outcomes of surgical procedures.
• Train and mentor junior dental staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and innovations in dental surgery.
• Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant dental conferences and workshops.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required.
• Valid dental license to practice as a Dental Surgeon .
• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in performing dental surgeries.
• Extensive knowledge of dental surgical techniques and procedures essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional patient-centered care in a dental setting.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during surgeries.
