We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Surgeon to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a dental surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures to address complex dental issues. You should have extensive knowledge in oral and maxillofacial surgery, with the ability to diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of the teeth and jaws. Strong communication skills, a steady hand, and keen attention to detail are crucial in this role. You will work closely with a team of dental assistants and hygienists, providing mentorship and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations to assess patients' oral health and surgical needs.
• Perform complex dental surgeries, including extractions and reconstructive procedures.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and postoperative care recommendations.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and sterilization procedures to maintain a clean work environment.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions and treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental surgery techniques and technologies.
• Provide compassionate care to alleviate patients fear and anxiety about surgery.
• Supervise and mentor junior dental staff, providing training and guidance as necessary.
• Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and legal standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate dental conditions requiring surgery.
• Design and customize prosthetics, ensuring proper fit and function for patients.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (DMD) required.
• Valid dental license to practice .
• Minimum of three years experience as a dental surgeon is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of dental surgical procedures and best practices in dentistry.
• Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Ability to manage emergencies and complications with calm and effective solutions.
