Roles & Responsibilities
Dental Commercial S
Business development
- Identify and prospect new BtoB clients in the industrial sector (manufacturers, subcontractors, distributors, etc.).
- D. Develop sales revenue on the range of adhesives and technical products.
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients.
- To present solutions tailored to industrial needs and applications.
Customer portfolio management
- Manage a portfolio of active clients and ensure regular follow-up (calls, reminders, offers, orders).
- Maintaining a lasting business relationship based on trust and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure contract renewals and delivery follow-up with the logistics department.
Commercial offers and negotiations
- Prepare and send quotes, commercial offers and technical specifications.
- To negotiate commercial terms in compliance with the pricing policy.
- Follow up on proposals and monitor purchasing decisions until the order is placed.
Technical support and coordination
- Advise customers on products (technical adhesives, bonding solutions, compatibilities).
- Collaborating with technical teams and the production department to respond to specific requests.
- To ensure the link between internal services: field sales, technical, logistics and accounting.
Reporting and performance monitoring
- Keep the CRM up to date (tracking calls, quotes, orders, follow-ups).
- Analyze sales, margins and business performance.
- Participate in business meetings and propose development actions.
Required skills: Technical and commercial
- Excellent mastery of remote sales (telephone, video, email).
- Knowledge of the industrial sector and of adhesive or technical products.
- Ability to understand the technical needs of clients.
- My mastery of office and CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Hubspot, Odoo, etc.).
- Good understanding of BtoB purchasing processes.

Diploma required
