Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Al Fawzy Dental Main Branch | Algalaa Square, Dokki
Overlooking the Nile, Sheraton Cairo, and steps away from Dokki Police Station
- Al Fawzy Dental is expanding and currently seeking Medical Manager to join our elite team.

Responsibilities
As a Dental Office Medical Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Ensure consistent implementation of global standards of patient care
- Monitor and oversee treatment plans to ensure quality, accuracy, and patient clarity
- Manage, motivate, and support staff performance
- Handle scheduling, budget oversight, and office policies
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate HR-related tasks
- Maintain exceptional patient relations and satisfaction
- Address feedback, resolve concerns, and elevate the patient experience
- Implement communication strategies (reminders, follow-ups, etc.)
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new patients and strengthen brand positioning
- You will help ensure our clinic runs smoothly, our patients feel cared for, and our reputation continues to grow.

Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Additional languages are preferred.
Age Range
- 35 to 45 years old.
Days Off
- Friday off.
- An additional day off is negotiable after a 3-month probation period.
Working Hours & Shifts
- Flexibility in combining different shifts is possible:
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Dentistry,
- An additional qualification in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
- Prior experience in dental office management or healthcare administration is an advantage but not required.
Leadership & Management Skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams.
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems efficiently.
- Experience in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
Communication Skills
- Strong social communication skills with the ability to build positive rapport with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients, internal staff, dental professionals, and external partners.
Customer Service Orientation
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient experiences.
- Skilled at addressing concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
Technology Proficiency
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and digital tools.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements, trends, and innovations in the field of dentistry.
Organizational Skills
- Strong ability to manage schedules, appointments, and overall clinic workflow with attention to detail.
Marketing & Business Development
- Ability to support or implement strategies to attract new patients.
- Identifying growth opportunities to expand the clinic s service reach.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Works effectively with dentists, administrative teams, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth and coordinated patient care.
