About the Role
As Demi Chef de Partie in the Staff Cafeteria, you will contribute to the success of the colleague dining experience by preparing and delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals. You will play an important role in both the pre-opening phase and the smooth operation of daily meal services.

What You Will Do

• Support the pre-opening setup of the staff cafeteria kitchen, including organizing workstations and assisting with menu trials.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie to ensure a consistent and high-quality food offering.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.

• Work closely with other culinary team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service.

• Assist with stock control and ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.

• Help train and support junior team members as needed.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef or strong Commis in a high-volume kitchen, ideally in a hotel or staff dining environment.

• Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

• Teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Passion for delivering high-quality meals in a supportive work environment.

• Pre-opening experience is a plus.

• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
