Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a talented and experienced Demi Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food for our airline and VIP customers while adhering to strict standards of quality, hygiene, and productivity. You will also train and guide junior staff, ensuring that our standards are consistently met and exceeded.


Responsibilities:

  • Produce food according to production plans and specifications for all airlines and VIP customers.
  • Train and guide junior staff, ensuring that they meet and exceed our standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control food waste, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and sustainably.
  • Ensure that all food is of the highest quality and meets our standards for taste and presentation.
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Be willing to assist with other duties as needed, including working in other sections of the kitchen.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume catering environment.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on producing high-quality food.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
