Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie All Day Dining Kitchen who will support the culinary team in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes for our all-day dining restaurant, ensuring consistency and excellence in line with IHG culinary standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you ll mostly be:
- Preparing and presenting dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Supervising and guiding Commis Chefs to ensure high standards and smooth workflow.
- Monitoring portion control, presentation, and food quality.
- Ensuring mise en place is prepared and maintained for efficient service.
- Following food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Supporting buffet setups, la carte service, and banquet operations as required.
- Minimizing waste, managing ingredients responsibly, and supporting cost control.
- Assisting with the training and development of junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile
A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
- 2 3 years culinary experience, including at least 1 year as a Commis Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and all-day dining operations.
- Strong cooking, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
