Demand Planning Specialist

1- Develop and implement daily and weekly distribution plans to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.

2- Analyze sales data and historical orders to forecast market demand and improve planning accuracy.

3- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure product availability and correct quantities at the right locations.

4- Monitor inventory levels in warehouses to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste or excess.

5- Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, orders, and inventory for management review.

6- Identify issues and bottlenecks in the supply chain and distribution process, and implement prompt solutions to avoid delivery delays.

7- Support budgeting and sales forecasting activities based on planning data.

8- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and efficiency.

9- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality & safety requirements in all planning and distribution operations.
