Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in driving demand planning excellence across the Gulf Cluster. Using sell-in and sell-out data, you will develop accurate, insight-based forecasts that reflect market dynamics, promotions, and new product launches. You will maintain strong data integrity, create clear dashboards to monitor performance, and support automation to improve efficiency and visibility. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams, you will align on assumptions, analyze results, and continuously enhance forecast accuracy to ensure optimal service levels and business performance.

You have a Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, along with 1 3 years of experience in demand planning ideally within the fast-moving FMCG environment. You re naturally analytical and confident with numbers, mastering Excel tools such as pivot tables and trend analysis to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Most importantly, you communicate with clarity and collaboration in mind helping cross-functional teams make informed, timely decisions that drive our shared success.
