Roles & Responsibilities

Review and refine forecasts monthly or weekly to reflect actual demand signals.

  • Predictive Analytics, Statistical forecasting, trend analysis
  • Real-Time Data Analysis & Market Responsiveness
  • Oversee PO process, ensure timely ordering
  • Coordinate with Commercial & supplier, and logistics for Delivery time slot
  • Ensure having required Scheduling balance based on PO volume and DC capacity
  • Maintain policy adherence, improve procurement workflows
  • Collaborate on improvement or innovation initiatives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers.
  • Ensure data accuracy in demand planning system
  • Recommend new tools, templates, or metrics for better demand planning outcomes.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of S&OP and integrated business planning processes
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of S&OP and integrated business planning processes
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
