Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking a Delivery Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily delivery operations across Beirut, Metn and Keserwan. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient distribution of goods, timely deliveries, and proper coordination with the warehouse and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise delivery drivers.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient distribution.

Monitor loading, unloading, and dispatching of goods.

Track fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Handle delivery-related issues, delays, or customer complaints.

Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and customer requirements


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in delivery/logistics supervision, ideally in FMCG.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of Lebanese geography and distribution network.

Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
